Giving Discounts in TruckLabor Quotes

Do you need to add a discount to a quote for a customer? This is easily done in TruckLabor – follow the simple step-by-step instructions below (click on images to enlarge them to full size).

1. Create or open an estimate and select the “View Quote” Button to view the Quote.

2. Click “Add Discount” below the labor operations and above the “Totals” box.

3. Add the labor and/or parts discount to the customer’s estimate in either dollar amounts or as a percentage of the parts and/or labor charges. Discounts are added to the “Totals” box and prices automatically adjusted.

Discounts make customers happy, and this is just another feature that TruckLabor provides to help you make your customers happy and bring them back to your shop the next time they need service!
