A shop management software program provides the foundation for daily business workflow and reporting processes. The key to success is knowing how to use the system to its full potential to increase shop efficiency. Since 2005, Mitchell 1 has been presenting Shop Management Software Users Workshop events to do just that.
The first Shop Management Workshop of 2013 will be held May 2-4 in Scottsdale, AZ. Our two-day session will guide users through all levels of functionality in the Mitchell 1 Manager and ManagerPlus system.
We’ve designed this training for customers who have established competence with their shop management software and now want to learn more about its more advanced capabilities, absorbing best practices and finding shortcuts.
I’ve been leading the workshops with John Dwulet, senior product manager, since the beginning. Together, we have over 35 years’ experience and it’s been our pleasure to help 1500+ service professionals discover the true potential of their system.
Interaction between attendees sharing methods and tips, plus the new friendships everyone takes home, is priceless. We learn something new ourselves every time, in terms of how our customers are creatively approaching processes in the system. This feedback loop informs the content of future workshop events.
