ProDemand Security, Mitchell 1 has You Covered!

ProDemand Security and user agreement

Here at Mitchell1, we take pride in being the industry leader of automotive repair and estimating information, including SureTrack Real Fixes based on real-world experience of professional technicians. With that comes responsibility, including protecting our customers’ security — and we want you to know that we take security very seriously.

From time to time, a customer’s ProDemand account may have activity that indicates it is being accessed somewhere else other than the licensed location. To ensure that your account is protected and that no unnecessary restrictions are put in place, here are some red flags to watch out for that may indicate your account is not secure:

• Vehicles in your vehicle history were not repaired at the licensed location
• You received an error that you have exceeded the maximum number of licenses
• You have been locked out of the account due to too many failed login attempts

If you have a security concern with your account or feel like your auto repair information software is not properly licensed, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can fix whatever issues you may have. Remember, you play an integral role in keeping your account secure. If you suspect unauthorized use of your auto repair software and you have specific information, please use our online form to anonymously report your concern.

If you have questions or need support, please check out our Get2Know ProDemand online support center for helpful resources and contact information.
