Here’s What’s New in the Current Release of ProDemand:

New Authentication System and Security:  Mitchell 1 has redesigned the ProDemand authentication system to provide an improved user experience when logging into ProDemand as well as laying the foundation for future enhancements to the Community.

You will see a number of changes and improvements when you log in — including an improved password reset procedure, improved data security, and the ability to create a community profile as part of the ProDemand product (coming soon).

How to Prepare for the Update: The updated authentication system will be in effect starting Thursday, October 6, 2016. It is important that you do the following before then to help make this transition as smooth as possible:

1. Know your username/password. Please make note of your login credentials now, in preparation for the new authentication experience.
2. When you log into ProDemand, be sure to click “Remember Me” in the login dialog box. If you have the “Remember Me” box checked before October 6, you will automatically be logged into the new system the first time you enter, making it completely seamless for you.

If you wait until October 6 (or after) to log in, you will get the new login dialog box shown below. Be sure to click “Remember username & password” in the dialog box and then simply log in with your credentials.
