With Navistar’s OnCommand™ Connection System
Streamlines access to comprehensive diagnostic and repair information
Mitchell 1 announces the addition of its Repair-Connect.net™ diagnostic information as an integrated component of Navistar’s OnCommand™ Connection remote diagnostics and fleet maintenance system. The integration is now available to International® truck customers.
Through the interface with Repair-Connect.net, OnCommand Connection users gain immediate access to engine fault code testing and repair procedures for all-makes of Class 4-8 commercial trucks. Repair-Connect.net provides fault code diagnostics, wiring diagrams, digital photos, specifications, component locations, connector views, test steps, and removal and installation procedures, all just clicks away in a user-friendly format.
Mitchell 1 worked closely with Navistar to develop the Repair-Connect integration with OnCommand™ Connection to provide fleets with a valuable tool to quickly get trucks back on the road. “We are delighted to partner with Navistar to provide their customers with seamless access to Mitchell 1’s leading diagnostic program, Repair-Connect,” said Scott DeGiorgio, general manager of Mitchell 1’s commercial vehicle group. “We look forward to working together to help Navistar customers repair their vehicles quickly and accurately.”
