Service History – Your customers can see service history on all vehicles that they bring to you for service or repairs. The history will show them the work performed on each vehicle, the date of the service, and the invoice dollar amount. They will only see history for vehicles that were serviced at your shop, as a customer loyalty vehicle benefiting your customer retention. They are able to browse all service visits since Day 1 with you!

Service Specials – If you are currently running coupons included in the service reminder emails that we send out on your behalf, customers can also find those promotions in their OAS. They are able to browse current coupons and promotions that you are offering. All information and disclaimers will appear as they do on any coupons added to service reminders.

Automotive News – We offer videos for various repairs and services that your customers can view in order to get an idea of the type of labor involved in the work their vehicle needs. There are over 150 high-quality videos in various categories such as air conditioning, brakes, fuel systems, suspension, and more.

Appointment Requests – By clicking the appointment request tab in OAS, customers can easily connect with you for any needed service or repairs. They can see the next service due on each vehicle based on factory-recommended mileage intervals, and request an appointment right through their OAS profile. They are also able to choose which service/repair needs to be performed and add comments as well.
