Manager SE Users Can Now Order from PartsTech Catalog with P.O. Changes for Suppliers

Editors Note: The following blog is part 3 of a series highlighting Manager SE’s new multi-vendor catalogs.

Mitchell 1’s Shop Management customers can now register for free access to the PartsTech eCommerce platform – one of two new online multi-parts catalogs that were recently integrated with Manager SE and ShopKey SE applications.  This type of platform makes it fast and easy for users to search across unlimited parts and tires suppliers on a single screen and complete orders as a single task.

The PartsTech network of suppliers includes more than 30,000 automotive parts stores and 50+ tire distributors across the U.S. and Canada, representing over 5,000 brands.

During the previous Manager SE 8.5.0 release, we added the PartsTech catalog to allow Manager SE users to search for parts across multiple suppliers all at once. The parts ordering dialogs were updated to reflect your suppliers (sellers) along with Parts Tech shown as the vendor.  This was updated for every stage of the parts ordering process.

  • Order Screen – Parts Ordered

  • Price Check + Ordering Parts

  • Receiving P.O. Parts

  • Order Screen – Parts Received

With the Manager SE 8.5.1 release, we have improved the user experience to support multiple supplier purchase orders generated through the PartsTech parts ordering platform. Shops will now have a much easier time matching their delivered orders to their repair orders. This includes the master Purchase Order screen and the Search window that both now also include the Supplier parameter to filter or search with.

Changes to add Supplier on Manager SE 8.5.1 Purchase Order reports are reflected in following samples.
