Mitchell 1 Wins Two People’s Choice Awards from Professional Tool & Equipment News (PTEN)
Mitchell 1 announces its ProDemand® Driver Assist ADAS Quick Link feature and its Manager™ SE MessageCenter text messaging app have each received a People’s Choice award in the 2019 Professional Tool and & Equipment News (PTEN) Innovation Awards program.
For the fifth year in a row, PTEN readers were able to voice their opinions and vote for their favorite products nominated in the Innovation Awards program. The ProDemand Driver Assist ADAS Quick Link feature won in the repair information category, while the Manager SE MessageCenter app won in the shop software category. Both products are also 2019 PTEN Innovation Award winners.

The ProDemand Driver Assist ADAS Quick Link Feature is designed to allow technicians to see and access all of the advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) features and components on a vehicle via the Driver Assist ADAS Quick Link. This repair information makes it quick and easy to diagnose, repair and calibrate vehicles equipped with ADAS features. Users can select a vehicle, click the Driver Assist ADAS Quick Link button and get access to a table that consolidates all of the ADAS information for the vehicle in a single location.
With MessageCenter, auto repair shops can reach their customers right away with text messaging directly from inside the Manager SE shop management system. This eliminates roadblocks like calls going to voicemail or emails that go to an address that the customer may not check right away.
