Mitchell 1 Wins People’s Choice Awards for ProDemand 1Search Plus and SocialCRM LocalSearch
Mitchell 1 announces its ProDemand® 1Search™ Plus and its SocialCRM LocalSearch have each received a People’s Choice award in the 2018 Professional Tool and & Equipment News (PTEN) Innovation Awards program.
For the fifth year in a row, PTEN readers were able to voice their opinions and vote for their favorite products nominated in the Innovation Awards program. The exclusive 1Search Plus feature in ProDemand won in the Repair Information category and returns information in a user-friendly graphical “card” layout aligned with the way a technician thinks about diagnosis and repair.
1Seach Plus previously also received an Innovation Award in the same category. That award recognizes tools that PTEN’s panel of independent expert judges views as the most innovative products introduced in the last year to the automotive aftermarket.
The LocalSearch feature, offered with the SocialCRM auto shop marketing service, won the People’s Choice Award for the Computers and Software category.
