SureTrack Real Fix: Erratic Throttle
In the “good ole days”, the gas pedal was physically connected to the carburetor or throttle body. Now most vehicles connect the throttle pedal through the wiring and throttle control issues can require a lot of testing. Follow this Real Fix to see how codes P2110 and P2118 on a 2016 Jeep Patriot were diagnosed to find the components causing the issue.

When you have a gas gauge that doesn’t work and your testing leads you to an obvious cause and that doesn’t actually fix it, what do you do? SureTrack Community Fix: Hummer Time
Timing is everything, in life and engine operation. SureTrack community member Jeffytune had a low mileage 2006 Hummer H3 in the shop that they had to rebuild the cylinder head but then was setting a code for timing after reassembly.
