How We Drive Google Reviews For Your Business

We’re happy to let you know that starting in June, the SocialCRM service will be turning on a new automatic email campaign that is triggered whenever a consumer gives their visit at your shop a five-star rating. This new “smart email” is included at no charge for all SocialCRM customers.

With over 65% of all searches still being done on Google, why would you NOT maximize your visibility by encouraging your consumers to review your shop on your Google My Business page? You HAVE claimed your Google Business page, right? If not, you can claim it right now.

Because of the importance of Google Reviews for your business, the SocialCRM service encourages your happy customers who give you a five-star review (using the review service), to also post a review of your business with Google. The new additional email is triggered by a five-star review and invites them to also give you a Review on Google, complete with a link to your Google Business Page.
