ProDemand's comprehensive OEM information is linked directly to your Manager SE shop management software and can be accessed as part of the TeamWorks bundle. Just click the “Repair” button in Manager SE, and your automotive estimating software will place you in the 1Search Plus screen.
Enter a symptom, component name or trouble code to return all the relevant information you need. From that same search, you also get expert community results from SureTrack with predictive part failures per miles driven, plus so much more.

Manager SE links to all types of OEM vehicle maintenance with labor times to perform the service. Whether they are driven by mileage intervals or dash light indicators – we have it – down to commercial service or dusty conditions.
Shops may also include all of the multi-line details of what is inspected, serviced and replaced. This helps shops sell more maintenance services, because vehicle owners appreciate knowing how much work is involved.
Manager SE provides quick access to TSBs, along with a TSB viewer to review the content. Once verified, the TSB can be instantly transferred to the Order screen that can be referenced by service advisors and technicians. TSBs remain part of History invoices for later review.
