Product Content Support is Here to Help!

I recently had the opportunity to visit a couple of local repair shops just to chat and touch base with our customers. It was a great experience for me, as it has been a few years since I actually worked in a shop.

It was good to see the repair industry is thriving with all the technology these days. I was going over the navigation of TruckSeries, our truck repair software, with a technician and showing him the easiest way to find the information he needed for his repair. I then showed him just how easy it is to get help from our Product Content Support (PCS) folks, should he ever need it. Our PCS team consists of support technicians available to take your calls and answer your questions. Most are former professional automotive or truck technicians.

If you should ever need that little extra bit of help, let me show you how easy it is to reach our team.

In the top upper right-hand corner of the TruckSeries screen, locate and click on the “Contact Us” link. This directs you to a page with the choice of phone or email contact information.

PCS lines are open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Pacific) and the average wait time is about seven seconds. The email option contact directs you to a simple form to fill out and send to the team. They will research your issue and will usually answer you in one business day.
