Minding the Store Even Remotely: Using Manager SE Shop Reports
Shop owners or managers want to track how things are going back at the shop while they are away. They need to view reports from wherever they happen to be. With the new online Shop Reports feature in Manager SE shop management system, now they can!
Online Shop Reports provide the ability to view selected Manager SE reports remotely, wherever the internet and a browser are available to use. This new feature is free of charge with Manager SE / ProDemand (Teamworks) subscriptions. You can access it by logging into ProDemand and selecting the new Shop Reports module that has been added to the home screen.
NOTE: If you do not see a Shop Reports module on your home screen, it means that this feature has not yet been added to your account. If you prefer not to wait for your account to be updated for this, please contact our technical support team to enable Shop Reports for you now.
Once Shop Reports are enabled, users may log in and select a report from any of the three categories provided. We’ve selected reports from the Accounting, Inventory and Management categories as most likely to be accessed when the owner or manager is away from the shop – see below for the specific reports available.

- Cash Receipts by Payment type
- Category Profit Summary
- Deleted Orders
- Deleted Payments
- Discount Summary
- Invoice Profit Summary

Click on the report and then make employee, category and/or date range selections as appropriate. In a few seconds, the report will be displayed in your browser.
Look for trends or specifics as you like. Shop activity such as changing document status or posting of an Invoice will be reflected in the Shop Reports remote viewing just a few minutes later.
This report access is protected by a separate password function that doesn’t interfere with your shop’s existing security setting (Reports – Print) that controls local full reports access. (Detailed in Shop Reports Configuration video below)
