New SocialCRM Video Highlights Customer Engagement

We’re excited to share our new SocialCRM product video with you here! It features two great automotive repair shops that are using the Mitchell 1 SocialCRM auto repair shop marketing service to engage with customers and grow their businesses. Click the image below to watch the video:

The video features B & C Auto Repair and Robby’s Auto Service & Repair. These shops graciously invited us to their facilities to film and talk about how they are using the SocialCRM service to connect with existing customers, bring in new customers and track the performance of their marketing efforts. We had a great time filming “on location” with them, and hearing their insights about customer service, managing their shops, and marketing.

Both shops use the SocialCRM integration with the Mitchell 1 Manager™ SE shop management system which really amplifies the benefits. They gain instant access to powerful customer engagement tools right inside the shop management software. This helps them connect with their customers at the front counter and also between service visits.

We want to say a huge thank you to the Cory, Ray and Cecilia at B&C, and Robby, Terry and Steve at Robby’s (and their teams!) for their hospitality and also for sharing their stories, perspectives and first-hand experiences with SocialCRM.
