Most of the time when you need to change your marketing campaigns or your account settings, you can just give your support agent a call (or email them) and they’ll guide you. But did you know that there are many features and settings that you can control yourself? These self-serve options allow you to make adjustments at your convenience.

For instance, how often do you want to receive your reports? You can set the frequency by logging in to your reporting Dashboard through the ManagerSE shop management software, or directly through the SocialCRM Dashboard (www.m1socialcrm.com).
