Your SureTrack account is new or was previously associated with one of the following products:

  • ProDemand or ShopKey Pro subscription
  • Snap-on VERUS® or ZEUS® family platform software

In order to gain access to SureTrack, you’ll first need to associate your SureTrack account with a valid subscription of either ProDemand/ShopKey Pro or a Snap-on VERUS® or ZEUS® family platform using the most current diagnostic software release available. The process to re-activate your account will vary depending on how you access SureTrack.

Please look at the scenarios below to determine which one applies to your account, and then take the appropriate action listed.

ProDemand or ShopKey Pro Users

If you have an active ProDemand or ShopKey Pro subscription.

If you do NOT have an active ProDemand or ShopKey Pro subscription.

Snap-on VERUS® or ZEUS® Scan Tool Users

If you have a Snap-on VERUS or ZEUS with the most current version of diagnostic software:

  • a. Associate your Snap-on VERUS or ZEUS family platform with your SureTrack account using the provided authorization key. The authorization key is located on the software upgrade receipt provided by your Snap-on representative. If you are a software subscription customer, this code was communicated by mail and email. If you do NOT have a Snap-on VERUS or ZEUS with the most current version of diagnostic software:
