We’re pleased to announce that we’re now offering live online training sessions for SureTrack. The goal is to help you become proficient with SureTrack quickly so you can make the most of the many features inside this powerful new diagnostic resource and take your place in our growing technician community.
We’ve been writing a lot about SureTrack in the blog and sharing ways that it can help speed up the diagnostics process for technicians of all experience levels. There are a lot of features and resources packed inside SureTrack, and as with any new software program, it might take a little time master the navigation and make full use of the program.
The training sessions will help you through this “getting to know you period.” Together we’ll take an in-depth look into the product. You’ll learn how to access information, set up your account, share information with the SureTrack community, and much more. This is a good use of your time!
