Using Tabs in ProDemand

One of the key benefits of ProDemand is that it returns all the relevant information you need for a job in one lookup. Just search ProDemand for a code, component or symptom, and ProDemand shows related descriptions, locations, procedures, diagrams, specifications, TSBs, and real world SureTrack results.

The fastest way to access the information is to look across the top of your screen after performing a 1Search. If a type of information has been returned, the tab will become active and be shown with bold print. Simply click through the tabs to jump to the next information type.

The key benefit to you as a user is to save you time. An example would be TSBs. For every job, technicians need to look up TSBs prior to starting a repair. ProDemand makes this easier because relevant TSBs are returned automatically as part of the component lookup.
