Trick or Treat? Tell Us How You “Treat” Your Customers and Win!

We were inspired by Integrity Auto Care’s recent “raving fans” story (see below) to create this blog post and offer a prize as a special “treat” to auto professionals who share their own stories of how they WOW their customers

If you respond to this blog post with your own examples of how you “treat” your customers, we’ll enter you into a random drawing to win a $25 Amazon gift card. Contest ends Nov 13, 2015.

Do You Thank Your Customers Too Much?

We’ve recently been blogging about the value of showing your customers gratitude – see blog post parts one, two, and three. We continued that “gratitude” conversation during a SocialCRM cocktail reception at our recent Shop Management Workshop in Orlando FL. Audience members were asked if anyone thought they said thank you to their customers enough, or even thanked them too much.

I was surprised by one audience member, Philip Evans of Integrity Auto Care, who said “yes,” they were guilty of “thanking their customers too much. He then shared his shop’s story of how they thanked their customers and turned them into “raving fans.” Click to read Integrity Auto Care’s Trick to Treating their Customers.

We want to hear YOUR stories of how you WOW your customers. Please submit your story  below in the “Leave a Comment” section. Deadline to enter is 5:00 p.m. (PST) on Friday, Nov. 13, 2015. You may submit multiple stories, but please enter each one separately. We’ll be awarding one gift card prize to a winner chosen at random. (By entering, you agree to have your name and story published if you have the winning entry. Your contact information will not be published, and will only be used to contact you to arrange for delivery of the prize. Mitchell 1 and Snap-on employees, contractors and their families are welcome to participate, but are not eligible to win the prize. Void where prohibited.) Thank you for sharing, and good luck!

The deadline to enter your “Customer WOW Stories” has passed. Thanks to everyone who submitted one (check ’em out below), and please stay tuned for the announcement of the winner of the $25 Amazon gift card.
