SureTrack Community Redesign – Coming Soon
We’re pleased to announce some exciting changes coming in October 2016 to enhance your SureTrack Community experience:
Updated Features
The key feature update will be an integrated experience of the SureTrack Community module within ProDemand. If you are a ProDemand subscriber, you will now be able to use the Community module without exiting the application. Previously, the community resided on a website outside of ProDemand, but linked automatically when you logged into SureTrack. The new integration streamlines your access and brings other benefits as well.
For instance, all SureTrack users now have access to the ProView feature, which shows relationships between codes, symptoms and components. This is especially valuable when diagnosing multiple trouble codes at the same time. ProView has previously been a premium subscription feature, but will now be included for all ProDemand users.
Updated Security Features
If you already have a SureTrack account, your account has been automatically transferred to a new User Profile. The User Profile allows you to participate in the community as an individual member, even if your ProDemand subscription is through the auto repair shop where you work. The updated profile manager will not only provide additional security for your account, but also allows you to control all aspects of your personal information within the community.
How to Prepare for the Changes
The coming updates will have a minimal impact on you, but we have a few suggestions to make the transition as smooth as possible:
- Know your username/password. Please make note of your login credentials now, in preparation for the new community experience.
- Be sure to click “Remember Me” when logging into SureTrack (see screen capture below). If you have “Remember Me” checked, you will automatically be logged into the new SureTrack website when navigating there for the first time. This should make logging in completely seamless for you, but please also make note of your credentials. It’s always important to have them available if you should need them. Next time you log into SureTrack is a great time to check the “Remember Me” box!
