Shop Management Workshop Returning to Atlantic City

AtlanticCity_ResortsCasinoWe’re excited  to announce that the final Shop Management Workshop for 2016 will be held Sept. 29 – Oct. 1. in Atlantic City, NJ.  The setting is the beautiful Resorts Casino Hotel, which claims on their website that “The Fun is Here” — so there will opportunities for fun as well as learning!

During the workshop, John Dwulet, senior product manager, and I, your humble training manager, deliver a comprehensive two-day functionality training session on the Mitchell 1 Manager SE™ system. Topics include program flow, setup values, inventory, reporting, scheduling, tips, best practices and advanced transactions as well as parts catalog integration. Increasing efficiency and profitability is the name of the game.

It’s a great opportunity to see the newest SE 7.0 version in action. The group training experience is geared to users with intermediate to advanced level expertise with the software. A practice lab equipped with computers and staffed by product specialists will be available throughout the event so you can practice and apply the skills you’re learning in the training sessions.
