Community trends available in 1Search Plus: When you use 1Search Plus, you will now find relevant community trends returned on the search results screen. The trends can be open questions, answered questions or posted fixes based on discussion threads in the SureTrack Community for this vehicle.
This powerful new feature allows you to easily find community questions & answers, and “fixed it” type postings related to your search result. Community trends dating back to the start of SureTrack in 2008 are available, including over 10 years of posted fixes and community discussion. This adds additional real-world insights to the other SureTrack content in ProDemand.
Let’s take an example: Search for “fuel filter” on a 2005 Ford Pickup F150 5.4L. In Figure 1 below, you can see that in addition to our typical result hits for 1Search Plus, ProDemand is now also returning community results under the “Community Trends” title. You can open the community fix directly from the search results page to view the content of the community discussion thread.
