New ProDemand™ 1Search™ Feature Introduced at AAPEX

Have you heard about the powerful new search technology that has been added to ProDemand™, delivering complete OEM and experience-based information together in a single lookup?

Our product team introduced ProDemand with 1Search at the AAPEX show in Las Vegas. We showed folks who stopped by our booth how ProDemand 1Search integrates data from the SureTrack™ diagnostic resource with ProDemand’s OEM content. The result is comprehensive, categorized repair information delivered in a user-friendly interface. After seeing the new feature at the show, our shop customers gave us two thumbs up for streamlining the search process.

With ProDemand 1Search, every time you search for diagnostic trouble codes, components or symptoms, you will receive the complete OEM information from ProDemand, as well as detailed parts replacement records, tips and Real Fixes from SureTrack. And everything is organized into the familiar tabs in the ProDemand dashboard, so you can easily find the most relevant information to solve your specific repair problem.
