At Mitchell 1, we rely on feedback from auto repair professionals to continually improve our software. So, what could be more gratifying than to have them — people who are under the hood, repairing vehicles every day —select our software as the top tools they use to diagnose and repair vehicles, and also to run their auto service businesses.

We recently learned the great news that Mitchell 1 products have won two prestigious industry awards:

Top 10 Tools Award from Undercar Digest:

• We won in the Tools category for ProDemand, SureTrack, Manager SE and Mobile Manager Pro
• Winners of these awards are selected by readers of Undercar Digest, widely read by shop operators and technicians who earn their living by being accurate and efficient when diagnosing and repairing today’s vehicles.
• Awards are given to the 10 entries in each category (Products or Tools) that draw the most votes from the readers.
• Our winning products will be displayed in a special exhibit at Undercar Digest’s Auto TECH expo, April 7-9, 2016 in Covington KY.
• The official announcement will be made in the Undercar Digest March issue, and on their website.

Top 5 Tool Award from TechShop Magazine:

• Each month, readers of TechShop Equipment, Tools & Supplies Magazine, a popular publication for automotive technicians and repair shop owners, share the top 5 tools they use in their shop and on the job.
• Award-winning companies were determined based on the number of times a company or product was mentioned by shop owners and technicians in the January through December 2015 issues of TechShop using the Top 5 Favorite Tools submission form.
• The TechShop readers voted both for Mitchell 1 in general and for ProDemand.
• Mitchell 1 was one of only 12 companies to win the award.
