Mitchell 1 Holiday Hours
From Our Team to Yours, We Wish You a Happy and Healthy Holiday Season!
It’s that time of year, and Mitchell 1 will be observing some special office hours with reduced staffing during the upcoming holidays. Up until December 24 and after January 2, the Mitchell 1 offices and client support teams will be fully operational and available via all the normal channels during regular business hours.
In order to give our client support teams a well-deserved rest and time to celebrate with their families, we’ll be adjusting their schedule over the holiday season.
Below is the schedule for our technical support and product content support teams during the holiday period (all are Pacific Standard Time):
- December 23 – 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- December 24 – 7 a.m. to noon
- December 25 – closed
- December 26 & 27 – 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- December 30 & 31 – 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- January 1, 2020 – closed
- January 2, 2020 – 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Customer Care team will follow the same schedule, but their start time is 6:00 am.
All other departments and the main office will be closed December 24 & 25 and January 1, 2020.
