Mitchell 1 2017-2018 Holiday Hours for Support Teams

From Our Team To Yours, We Wish You A Happy And Healthy Holiday Season!

It is that joyful time of year again, and Mitchell 1 will be observing some special office hours with reduced staffing during the upcoming holidays. Up until December 22 and after January 1, the Mitchell 1 offices and client support teams will be fully operational and available via all the normal channels.

However, in order to give our client support team a well-deserved rest and time to celebrate with their families, we’ll be adjusting their schedule over the holiday season and limiting coverage. Please find the availability of our technical support, product content support and customer support teams during the holiday period outlined below (all are Pacific Standard Time):

  • Monday, Dec 25, 2017 – Closed
  • Tuesday, Dec 26, 2017 – 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Monday, Jan 1, 2018 – Closed

All other departments and the main office will be closed December 25, December 26 and January 1. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
