Use Your SureCritic “About Us” Page to Differentiate Your Shop

A tip for SocialCRM users: Your SureCritic “About Us” page in the SureCritic dashboard is another great opportunity to make your shop stand out from the crowd.

The SureCritic dashboard is where the shops manage and customize their Review Page where the customer reviews are displayed. They can view all reviews, respond to, and share, their reviews and view review metrics. And the “About Us” section is where you can tell your consumers & prospects all about your business. Be sure to include the key differentiators between your business and your competition.

Customizing this section is easy and can be done in two ways:

  1. The first way is to log into your SureCritic account, select the “Edit” option on the top blue bar, scroll down to the “About Us” section, and enter your information in the text box. Don’t forget to hit “Update” to save your information.

2.  The second (and easiest) way, is to contact your dedicated SocialCRM support agent and they will help you get it done.
