How to Share SureCritic Reviews to Your Facebook Page

Consumer reviews play an important role in the decision-making process when a consumer is searching for an automotive service facility to repair their car. To find trusted reviews, consumers often turn to social media sites such as Google+ and Facebook. That’s why it’s important for you to include consumer reviews on your social media sites, including Facebook.

You don’t have to manually copy and paste your reviews into Facebook. SocialCRM automates that process for you. Follow the steps below to select and post the positive SureCritic customer reviews that you want to share on Facebook. It’s a great way to spread the good news where everyone in your shop’s network can read it and then share with their contacts for even more impact.

Here are six easy steps for SocialCRM subscribers to share reviews on Facebook (click the thumbnail images to enlarge to full size):

1. Log in to SureCritic (www.surecritic.com).

2. Your SocialCRM dashboard will open. Select Reviews from the top taskbar, then click view/action on the review that you wish to share.

3. A new window will open with the review details, including the star rating, “Would Recommend,” and service information. At the bottom, you have the option to share out on Facebook or Twitter. Click the Facebook Share button.

4. A window will appear with options to select the specific Facebook page where you wish to share the review and a textbox where you may enter a comment to accompany the review.

5. On the top left, next to the word “Share,” click the drop-down menu entitled, “On your own timeline” and select “On a Page you manage.”

6. Choose the Facebook business page where you’d like the review to appear and write your comment. Next, click Share Link and a link to the review will then be posted on your business Facebook page.
