How to Look Up a Customer Using Your Dynamic Dashboard

SocialCRM recently introduced a brand new reporting dashboard to help shop owners access their consumers’ marketing results with a simple click of a button. Here’s a quick run-through on how to look up a consumer using the dashboard.

1. From your Manager SE system, click the “SocialCRM Reports” button. (Note: if you’ve never logged in you’ll be asked for your SocialCRM login credentials)

 

2. On the left side of the screen, click the drop down option next to “DASHBOARD” (in yellow).

 

3. Select the “Find Customer” option from the list.

 

4. Enter either the first or last name of your customer in the search field. Once you start typing you’ll be presented with search results.

 

5. Select your customer and that’s it, you’ll be presented with all of the customer marketing and invoice history.
