We understand how busy you are in your auto repair shop, and that sometimes it’s just not possible to stop to make a phone call or send an email in the middle of your day. That’s why Mitchell 1 has introduced “Live Chat,” a new way to reach us when you have questions about our products or are having a little trouble finding the information you need in the software.
We offer two Chat options:
1. Sales & Product Information – If you have questions about Mitchell 1 products, you can chat with a Sales Specialist by clicking on the chat link from any page on the Mitchell 1 website at www.mitchell1.com. You will find the chat link in the lower right corner.
- Sales Chat hours are 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (Pacific)
2. Product Content Support – If you need help finding information for a specific vehicle in any of our repair information solutions (like ProDemand™ for automotive or TruckLabor™ for Class 4-8 trucks), you can chat with a Product Content Specialist by clicking the chat link from the Mitchell 1 Get2Know Training Center.
- Product Content Support Chat hours are: 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday (Pacific)
