Here Comes our First Shop Management Workshop of 2016!
We’re very excited that our first shop management workshop of 2016 is coming back to San Diego! Not only because this is a beautiful city with fantastic weather, restaurants and attractions. Since Mitchell 1 headquarters is just a few miles away from downtown, attendees can expect an extra special welcome from additional product experts and staff who will be on hand during the event.
The workshop will be held May 12-14, starting with an evening reception before two big days of learning fun. This training focuses on best practices and will guide you through all levels of functionality of the Manager™ SE shop management software. It’s a great opportunity to see the newest features in SE 7.0 version in action. We incorporate previous versions into our discussions as well, so that users understand the value in upgrading (there is no charge for these upgrades for current users). The group training experience is geared to users with intermediate to advanced level expertise with the software.
Topics include program setup, inventory, reporting, scheduling, advanced transactions and aftermarket cataloging. Senior product manager John Dwulet and I will be your instructors; together we have 40 years of experience. We believe that this comprehensive training will streamline your shop workflow and improve your business performance by using more features included in Manager SE. Increasing efficiency and profitability is the name of the game.
We’re particularly excited to be demonstrating the new SE 7.0 Scheduler feature for the first time at a workshop. We’ve completely overhauled the scheduling feature set to give you much more control and flexibility. The increased visibility makes it easier to scale your daily workload more realistically; this improves your workflow by maximizing available resources, including technicians, bays and specialty equipment.
A segment led by Mitchell 1 product managers will give you great ideas for getting the most value from the integrated repair information source, ProDemand®. And you’ll get a firsthand look at the SocialCRM shop marketing service during a relaxed evening reception. An informal product expo held between sessions will provide an opportunity for you to learn more and “test drive” other related products such as Mobile Manager Pro, ProPack and X-Charge.
A practice lab equipped with computers and staffed by product specialists will be available throughout the event so you can practice and apply the skills you’re learning in the training sessions.
