A Match Made in Heaven

A Match Made in Heaven: SocialCRM & Manager SE

Valentine’s Day is here, and it’s a perfect time to showcase the “Love Connection” between SocialCRM and our well-loved shop management system, Manager SE™.

Vehicle Recommendations: The relationship between Vehicle Recommendations in Manager (SE & 5.9) and SocialCRM is tried and true. When they were first introduced to each other, Vehicle Recommendations were being pulled from Manager and used as an additional line added to a SocialCRM postcard Service Reminder. That was years ago, and since then the union has blossomed. Recommendations are now sent automatically as a recurring email correspondence, reminding customers about their most recent recommendations to keep their vehicles in safe and proper running condition.

Manager Appointment Scheduler & SocialCRM Appointment Reminders:  The relationship between Manager’s Appointment Scheduler (SE & 5.9) and SocialCRM’s Appointment Reminders is just starting to bud, but is destined for greatness. The SocialCRM service now pulls all appointments from Manager’s Appointment Scheduler and then sends the consumer an appointment reminder email five days prior to the appointment, and another one the morning of the appointment. It’s a match made in heaven, helping consumers remember their appointments while at the same time allowing shops to stay engaged with customers without any additional effort.

SocialCRM understands Mitchell1 Manager better than any other CRM provider, which helps smooth the way for continuous innovation and improvements. As we tighten the integration between the two systems and add new service features and enhancements, we’re sure that the Love Connection between SocialCRM & Manager SE will continue to evolve and grow even stronger. These two were meant to be together and this relationship is sure to stand the test of time!

Happy Valentine’s Day!
