Mitchell 1 Awards 2014 SuperTech Grand Champion
Mitchell 1 has awarded Mark McLean of FedEx Freight in Newburgh, N.Y, the Grand Champion of TMC’s SuperTech 2014 National Technician Skills Competition, with a subscription that will allow him to access one of Mitchell 1’s online service information products for Class 4-8 trucks for a full year. This is the second straight year that McLean has won the Grand Champion title; he also placed first in the Service Information category and won the team competition with a FedEx colleague.
Mitchell 1’s suite of software solutions for the trucking industry includes Tractor-Trailer.net, Medium-Truck.net, Repair-Connect.net and TruckLabor, providing information required to diagnose and correctly repair all makes of Class 4-8 trucks. These solutions are used for testing at the Service Information station each year at SuperTech.

Mitchell 1 has been a sponsor of the SuperTech national competitions since their inception 10 years ago and each year Mitchell 1 has run the Service Information skills station, testing competitors on their ability to use computers and Web-based programs to diagnose and fix vehicles properly.
