ADP Dealer Services to Sell OnDemand5.com Repair & Estimator

Mitchell 1 announces it recently entered into an agreement with the Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADP), enabling the company to sell Mitchell 1 OnDemand5.com Repair & Estimator to compliment  ADP’s Service Pricing System, which is a quoting solution designed for the entire dealership franchise. This enhanced service will strongly benefit dealerships by helping them to improve processes and sell more services and parts.

Mitchell 1’s OnDemand5.com expands ADP’s Service Pricing System beyond the primary franchise, allowing delivery of an “All Makes, All Models” estimating system.  In addition to the estimating system, technical service bulletins, specific vehicle diagnostic diagrams and warranty times are included.

“According to the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), the fixed operations departments drive over $4 million of sales for the average dealership and those sales are at a high gross. Anyway you look at the numbers, fixed operations are crucial to all dealers’ success.  OnDemand5.com Repair & Estimator will help our clients transform the way they service vehicles and create more revenue opportunities,” said Clifton Mason, vice president of product marketing for ADP Dealer Services Group.

“We are very excited to work with ADP on providing additional service and parts department solutions to automotive dealerships,” said Gary Hixson, Mitchell 1 product manager. “Our two companies share a successful track record of helping dealerships improve their processes and better service their fixed ops customers.”

Mitchell 1 OnDemand5.com is the end product of repair information that has been collected across the past nine decades and presented to customers in a consistent, easy-to-use format. OnDemand5.com includes diagnostics, repair, information, TSBs, recalls, maintenance requirements, parts prices, labor times, vintage information, fluid types and volumes that have been reproduced directly from the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) published works.
