MESSAGE MANAGER PRO

Send a Text Message

There several ways to get to the send message screen:

1. With a Customer/Vehicle/Order open in your shop management system

1.1. From Message Manager Pro

1.2. Click the Quick Message button

1.3. Select the message template from the Quick Template window or type your message in the message box at the bottom
 
1.4. Click the Send button

2. Double Click a message in your Messages window in Message Manager Pro

2.1. From Message Manager Pro

2.2. Click the Messages button to display the Messages screen

2.3. Double Click the Message you would like to reply to

2.4. Verify in the conversation history window that someone else has not already replied to the message

2.5. Select the message template from the Quick Template window or type your message in the message box at the bottom

2.6. Click the Send button

3. From the desktop notification message box

3.1. Click the desktop notification

3.2. Verify in the conversation history window that someone else has not already replied to the message

3.3. Select the message template from the Quick Template window or type your message in the message box at the bottom

3.4. Click the Send button

4. From the Work In Progress display in Message Manager Pro

4.1. From Message Manager Pro

4.2. Click the Management button

4.3. Double Click the customer in the Work In Progress display window

4.4. Verify in the conversation history window that someone else has not already sent the message

4.5. Select the message template from the Quick Template window or type your message in the message box at the bottom

4.6. Click the Send button

5. From the schedule display in Message Manager Pro

5.1. From Message Manager Pro

5.2. Click the Management button

5.3. Select a date in the Calendar window

5.4. Double Click an item in the Schedule window

5.5. Verify in the conversation history window that someone else has not already sent the message

5.6. Select the message template from the Quick Template window or type your message in the message box at the bottom

5.7. Click the Send button

6. From the Contacts lookup button in Message Manager Pro

6.1. From Message Manager Pro

6.2. Click the Contacts button

6.3. Select the radio button for whether to search Customers or Companies

6.4. Use the scroll wheel to select the letter to display search results

6.5. Double Click the Customer/Company in the results list

6.6. Verify in the conversation history window that someone else has not already sent the message

6.7. Select the message template from the Quick Template window or type your message in the message box at the bottom

6.8. Click the Send button

7. Click the New Message button

7.1. From Message Manager Pro

7.2. Click the New Message button

7.3. Type in the cell number in the top box

7.4. Type in your text message in the bottom box

7.5. Click the send button
