Auto Label Appointments As Confirmed

From your Message Manager Pro window

1. Click the Settings tab

2. Click the Automation tab

3. Check the box labeled Customer Can Reply 'C' to Confirm Appointment.

4. Verify/Edit the label to prefix to the appointment notes field in your management system

4.1. When a customer replies the letter C to the appointment reminder, the notes field of their appointment will be prefixed with this label. This provides better visibility in to whether appointments are confirmed. Best practice would be for your service writers to use the same label when booking appointments outside of the automation

5. Click the Save button
