Mgm Locks Up After Attempt To Print Letter / Postcard

For Windows XP,
 
 
1. Click on Start then select Control Panel.
 
2. Select Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options and/or Regional and Language Options.
 
3. The Regional Setting tab should be set to English (United States).
 
 
For Windows Vista/7
 
 
1. Click on Start then select Control Panel.

2. Select Clock, Language, and Region and/or Regional and Language.
 
3. The Formats tab should be set to English (United States).
 

 

Also verify the date and time settings.
