Windows 7 PC NAPA Catalog button DAX Error

PROBLEM: NAPA parts ordering button on a shop management 5.9.x workstation running Windows 7.0. User gets the following error:

DAX Error: The specified module could not be found and then when you acknowledge that error you get " Class not registered"

SOLUTION: Upgrade to SE 6.4 shop management software (DAX component not employed in SE NAPA catalog interface)
