Update Displayed Texting Number

Please complete the following steps if you have more than one machine
  • Close all machines except for one
  • Once all steps have been completed below close Manager SE on the machine where you updated the display number
  • Open all workstations, display number will be updated

 


  1. Click Configurations in the Menu bar, and then click Text Messaging Setup.
  2. Once the Texting Account Information / Setup area displays, click “Sign out” on the bottom right of the window.

  3. Click “Yes” on the pop-up to Confirm Sign Out.

  4. Next, click “Request Texting Phone#.”
  5. Enter your credentials for ProDemand / ShopkeyPro and click “Login.”
  6. Your new Texting Number will display in the Texting Number Box.
