Printing Error: Odometer In Validation Msg By System

NOTE: To restore vehicle history to be completely accurate, we recommend un-posting previous invoices, correcting mileage readings, beginning with the invoice where the mistake occured and working forward. Repost the invoices as they are corrected.

The Enforce Mileage In program function is blocking the users attempt to enter a mileage figure less than ‘Previous Odometer’. It is possible to turn off this feature in the following manner.

Go to Shop Data, select the Screen View tab, change “enforce mileage in” from Yes to No. When you change “enforce mileage in” to no, it will allow you to print with the lesser, correct mileage.

When “enforce mileage in” is set to Yes, it won’t allow printing when the correct mileage is less than the ‘Previous Odometer’ recorded.
