SureTrack Results - An error prevented returning search results

When using 1Search in Prodemand using Google Chrome, you may see following text under the SureTrack Results: “An error prevented returning search results.”

This is caused by a setting in Chrome that blocks third-party cookies in the browser. To fix this:

  1. In Chrome, click on Settings.

     

  2. Scroll down and access advanced settings by click on, Advanced.

     

     

  3. Click Content settings under Privacy and security.

     

  4. Click Cookies

       

     

  5. Turn off Block third-party cookies.
