Auto Technician – Customer Support

We are looking for a skilled Auto Technician to join our team as a Product Content Support Rep!

  • San Diego (On-site)
  • Full-Time, Associate
  • Pay rate: $22 – $24/hr (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customers politely and attentively and always maintain a professional, helpful attitude.

2. Provide immediate determination of customer needs. To resolve or route call appropriately.

3. Document all inquiries received, via telephone, email or correspondence.

4. Assist customers with product content questions.

5. Accurately update and maintain the incidents in the tracking software package.

6. Follow procedures set in the product content support job guidelines.

7. 50%+ of the day is on the telephone helping customers.

Schedule: Mon-Fri (8am – 4:30pm) no weekends. Overtime available after training.
