Quick Tip: SocialCRM – Self-serve Account Settings

Here’s a quick tip for users of the SocialCRM marketing service. SocialCRM provides you with a dedicated support agent who helps you manage your SocialCRM marketing efforts and your account.

Most of the time when you need to change your marketing campaigns or your account settings, you can just give your support agent a call (or email them) and they’ll guide you. But did you know that there are many features and settings that you can control yourself? These self-serve options allow you to make adjustments at your convenience.

For instance, how often do you want to receive your reports? You can set the frequency by logging in to your reporting Dashboard through the ManagerSE shop management software, or directly through the SocialCRM Dashboard (www.m1socialcrm.com). You can configure your reports to be sent weekly or monthly. Here are the steps:

  • After you’ve logged in, select Setup on the top right (be sure to click Setup, not Logout!)
  • Select Shop Settings

  • Under Reports on the left menu, select Options
  • In the Report Email Frequency field, select Monthly or Weekly from the drop-down menu
  • Once you’ve selected your desired frequency, click SAVE on the lower right
  • That’s it – you’re done!
