Quick Tip: SocialCRM – Add an Email Address

SocialCRM provides you with a dedicated support agent who helps you manage your SocialCRM marketing efforts and your account. Most of the time when you need to change your marketing campaigns or your account settings, you can just give your support agent a call (or email them) and they’ll guide you. But did you know that there are many features and settings that you can control yourself? Here’s another “Quick Tip” for making adjustments at your convenience.

How to add an email address on your account for reports and appointment reminders

You can add up to two additional email addresses to your account that will receive email reports and appointments requests. Log in to your reporting Dashboard through Manager SE or directly through the SocialCRM dashboard site (m1socialcrm.com) and follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your reports
  2. Select “Setup” on the top right
  3. Select “Shop Settings”
  4. Select “Email Addresses” Note: there are 2 email address options, one for reports and one for appointment requests. You’ll need to update each individually.
  5. Enter the email address in an empty field
  6. Once you’ve entered the address(s), click “Save”on the lower right
