Latest ProDemand Update: Links to Previous SureTrack Content

We’re pleased to let you know about the latest enhancement in ProDemand that will help you work more efficiently as you navigate through the SureTrack tab. As always, this new feature is the direct result of feedback from you, the user.

Links to previous content added to SureTrack: As you navigate through the SureTrack tab, you now have options to navigate to previous probable components and Real Fix menus using a link.

Previous Link Navigation

For example, you can select a probable component, move forward to a list of Real Fixes related to that probable component, and then select a link to move backward to the original list of probable components. This feature makes navigation simpler and allows you to more thoroughly evaluate the list of probable components and Real Fixes associated with the code or symptom you are diagnosing. The screen capture above shows where you’ll see the new links.
