4 Steps to Set Print Options in TruckLabor

Do you need to print a disclosure statement on your TruckLabor quotes for legal purposes? Or do you need a place for customers to sign off on the estimate?  Those are just a few of the print settings you can adjust in the TruckLabor software. Below are four easy steps to set up all your print options (click the thumbnails to enlarge the images).

1. First, select “Shop Settings” from the “Tools” dropdown menu.

2. The “Shop Settings” window will open up. At the top of this window you can select different tabs.

3. In the “Disclosure & Print Options” tab you can adjust your disclosure statement. You can also set any of the following to show on your quote printout: part numbers, labor rate, hours per operation, system notes and a place where a customer can sign.

4. Be sure to SAVE your changes after making adjustments to your shop settings. And by the way, any changes to these settings should be made before starting your quote.

These settings are a must for any shop, and now you know just how easy it is to add content and customize your estimates.
