Exception When Trying to Confirm Parts Using Order Options

Version Affected: 6.6.X / 7.0.X

Symptom:
Customer may receive the following error if attempting to Confirm All Parts from Order Options:

Error: An unknown error of type System.Data.RowNotInTableException has occurred. This row has been removed from a table and does not have any data. BeginEdit() will allow creation of new data in this row.

Solution:
As this error should only affect ROs that were open at the time of upgrade, workaround by converting to an Invoice to confirm the parts. New RO's do not appear to have the issue. When the error is first received, parts may temporarily disappear from the ticket until returning to the WIP and re-opening the order.
